Living in the birthplace of many foods we love, it's hard not to be addicted to our Buffalo blue-collar pub fare. Our hometown is blessed with being ground-zero for many amazing foods like Chicken Wings, Ted's Hot Dogs, Beef on Weck, Chivetta's Chicken, Fish Fry, and anything else that pairs well with an ice-cold brew and a Bills game.
This cookbook is an homage to our immense bounty of great local food, the leftovers they sometimes create, and a great excuse to play around in the kitchen.
