Since Yahweh is my Shepherd, I have everything I need.

For the glory of his name, he leads me along the ways of righteousness.
Even though I have to go through the valley of the shadow of death, I will not be afraid, for you are with me.
Your staff and rod are a source of consolation to me.
5 You make a feast for me to enjoy in the company of my foes.
You put oil on my head, and I thank you.
My drink spills over.
6 Surely, the Lord God will give me a home in his temple, and I will be there for the rest of my life.

This is David's admission in Psalm 23, in case you forgot.
It turned out that David had been foretelling his own future.
How well versed are you in the art of foretelling your own future?
We can do it, every one of us. Prophesy your future and set certain things in stone in your own Spirit with every word you utter. By doing this, we are creating mental pictures.
I hear you asking, "How do you do that?" Using the Word of God as oil and the tongue as the brush, you can create an internal picture of your destiny.
You are always adding new layers to your psyche.
You get to decide whether you want to approach things with a negative or an optimistic outlook.

As he believes in his heart, so he becomes.
So, we spin a cocoon around ourselves, creating art on the canvas of our minds.
You can achieve everything you set your mind to and spend enough time contemplating.
David was a master musician who had learned to reflect on Psalm 23 before setting it to music.
