Yes, you can survive. This book can help.

This short book is filled with helpful insights and ideas. It is easy to read: very clearly written with lots of personal examples and humor. The last chapter of the book is a day by day guide to help you remember and use the principles covered in the book. Or you can do what I did and keep returning to the most helpful chapters (for me they were the ones about the Ego and Quantum Living.) I highly recommend this book.
