Fun for Kids of all ages...

Have a hankerin' to know more about Vikings? Check out "The Vicious Vikings" one of the horrible histories series. Horrible history books are geared towards kids but are filled with tons of fun and interesting facts about the periods in question. In this case.... Vikings! From clothing to food, you learn more (than you wanted to know), about Norsemen...The illustrations by Martin Brown are great, and Terry Deary's writing is quite entertaining. 5 stars for a fun and amusing read. 5 stars all the way!

A Great book for kids from England or America. I loved It!!!

This seires of books are the best history books I've ever read. I am 12 years old and I still use these books to suprise my teachers(Did you know pyramids contained toilets). I read these books over and over again. These books are the best you can buy for all ages, American or English.

Vicious Vikings Victorious

Having read every book in the series I would say this is one of the best i've read it gives you a good insite on the vikings but also makes you laugh. A brilliant book by a brilliant author!

Makes history fun and exciting......and also funny!!

I love these books....all of them......They make history fun!! I like to read them...I just asked to order the three I already have again because I read mine so many times...they fell apart! I think any one who is anyone would love these books!

What a gory, gruesome, fantastic book!

The Vicious Vikings will either leave you shivering from the stories that are scarier than a Vicious Viking ghost or sickening your sickened teacher with amazingly gruesome facts. But be warned! If you let any grown-up read this book, they will be just as clever as you! They shall tell your teacher everything they know, so you cannot sicken them (now that would be a disaster!). So hide your book carefully. I say this is cool with hot pictures! I gave it 10 out of 10!
