I just finished this wonderful book and it's great. Although I'm not a fly fisher, I loved Mr. Leitz's descriptions of outdoor Vermont. His characters are marvelous ... quirky and very real. In fact, he makes everything about his setting seem so real that upon finishing reading I had a hard time convincing myself I had not just spent time with actual people. The story is exciting and the ending really knocked me out. I'm now going to buy his other four and frankly I can't wait! I'm hooked, Mr. Leitz.

I thought David Leitz and his sensational Max Addams character had disappeared. Thank goodness both are back ... and, I think, in the best tale yet. Cool fly fishing, great looking women, a tangled web of a plot and an ending that blew me away. Everyone is in this one; Stormy, Rayleen, Ruth, Spotter ... and some great new characters. Keep them coming Mr. Leitz. I've been rehooked!
