My name is Taneesha. I live in Camden,Arkansas. Well the book I am reading is Hook, Line & Sinker by G.P.Guarente. Fiona has been disappointed by guys her whole life, so when her elementary school friend, Ty, comes back to town and she sees how hot he has become,she develops a crush.She even auditions for a play (Grease)he's in just to get close to him. She gets the lead part opposite Ty, just after she finds out he has a girlfriend. Well she meets this guy named James at the fish store in the mall and James likes Fiona and she thinks he is going to do her the same way like all the other boy have done her,so she checks him out and she thinks he's alright and they start dating. So well this book is very good and sad in a way about how the boys trick Fiona and they use her. Well, I think everyone should read this book it's a very good book.

Cute and fun.

I won this book in a contest, so I thought I might as well read it. Fiona has been disappointed by guys her whole life, so when her elementary school friend, Ty, comes back to town and she sees how hot he became, she developes a crush. She even auditions for a play (Grease) he's in just to get close to him. She gets the lead part opposite Ty, just after finding out he has a girlfriend. Great! More disappointment! What's a girl to do? She decides to give up on guys for the time being. It's a cute book targeted toward younger teens (12-16 yrs). Anyone who enjoys reading romantic teen comedies will love this book.

Young adult literature at its finest

A remarkable debut from a gifted writer. G.P. Guarente's prose captures the teenaged soul as well as anyone working today. Bravo.

I'm hooked on this one!

This book is awesome! It's a totally funny, witty, great read that should be required reading in schools ;) I can totally relate to it and you should def get this one!
