I checked this book out from the public library, and kept renewing it...then when I could 'renew' no more, I sat down to make copies of Favorites. When the number of Favorites got past a half dozen, I surrendered and bought the book. There is a 'home' quality and moisture retention in Honey that isn't possible with processed white or brown sugar. Gotta luv it!!
Truly delightful!

Whether you're a cook, a gardener, or just have a sweet-tooth, this book is great fun -- a real pleasure visually and reading-wise. The history part is fascinating and well-written, the recipes look sumptuous, and the crafts seem simple enough to do with a minimum of preparation and time. It's really beautiful and a great gift -- I love my copy so much, I'm getting one for my mom!
