A great book for student or HOA members

Whether you live in a PUD, Condo (CID) this book is extremely informative. I teach Real Estate at the local Community College and always use Walt Huber's books for my classes. This book is invaluable if you sit on a HOA Board or are just interested as to what HOAs can do and how they operate. Very Informative!
