"HIAYLM" is a beautiful and poignant read. Silvera's writing is deeply emotional and authentic. From the start, he tugs at your heartstrings, but as the novel progresses, he skillfully pieces it back together. It's definitely worth reading. Take the journey and emerge even stronger.
My All Time Favorite Book

I bought this book off Amazon during a reading slump. This book made me cry within the first 10 pages. It deals with OCD, grieving, heartbreak, and learning to let go. I could relate on some level with Griffen and this story shatters my heart. The characters fall in love and they mess around as they learn about love. The relationship between Theo and Griffin was pure and completely new. This book is great for people who learning to let go, have a mental illness, who digs deep into a book, or anyone just wanting a book to make you cry.

It was honestly hard to push through at some parts because there just didn't seem to be any happy happening.

This is an LGBT type book that deals with the grieving process of losing a loved one. I read this book as an ARC and it left me wondering how the author knew me. Just, an all around amazing novel that is well written and isn't hard to fall in love with.
