HEART WISE GUY

Not only is this book hilarious (don't know how many times I laughed out loud), but it is very informative for the lay person about heart attacks, diabetes, etc. Gary is very knowledgable about ways to combat these diseases and/or avoid them. The forward, written by Ann Richards (former governor of Texas and friend of Gary's) sets the stage!
