I have probably made 20 recipes from this book, and--honestly--every single one has been delicious. My family has, on occasion, literally 'oohed and aahed.' Most everything is pretty quick and simple to make.

My roommate and I recently purchased this book and the recipes are absolutely delicious. The portions are reasonably sized and the taste is fantastic! My favorite so far is the Roasted Red Pepper Soup. Yum!
