A must-have for leaders and those who want to make the move to a leadership role.

Great collection of guiding principles which are critical in today's leadership roles for any organization, no matter what size from 1 employee to 1 million employees. A must read and great reference for later reflection. This is my tenth purchase of the same set because I tend to give them away as the individual books or complete sets to my staff I recognize leadership traits in. I'm more than happy to keep rebuying it many more times over and keep giving them away, they help move my own organization in the right direction every time!
