An interesting perspective

The author clearly took great care and interest both in researching and writing this book. As a Cuban-American, I found myself revisiting many of my preconceptions. It is a hard topic to write about without offending someone. However, by writing from HIS perspective, based on HIS experiences, the author was able to paint a real world picture and keep politics out of it. Overall an enjoyable read.
