Cute Story! by A.M. From Annapolis

If you like hamsters you should read Hamster Hotel by Ben M. Bagglio. While Mandy is on spring vacation she volunteers to watch her grandparent's friend's hamster but soon Mandy's heart falls apart because the hamster disappeared. Mandy is my favorite character because I love animals too just like she does. Mandy reminds me of me because I care for animals. I relate to Mandy because I have a hamster and it disappeared once. That is my text-to-self connection. I liked the book because it was interesting. My favorite part is when Mandy goes home after her vacation. My least favorite part is when the hamster is lost. I think the person would like this book would be 6-9 years old and also a person who doesn't like, but who loves animals.

This is a story about a girl named Mandy. Her grandparents have a friend who goes on vacation and they have to watch her hamster named Frisky. Mandy and her friend James go over to Mandy's grandparent's house almost everyday to see the hamster. When they get to Grandma and Grandpa's house, Mandy is inspired and wants to spend more time with the hamster because she wants a hamster too. This story mostly describes Mandy and Frisky playing and having a good time together. It also describes Mandy feeding and praising Frisky. I highly recommend this book because of all the extra details.

Excellent Book
