I learned with this book

I was almost completely self-taught,using Sigler's book. His description of the mechanics of casting is flawless. A classic guidebook. Easy to read, and not overloaded with pointless slick photography. I've read it cover-to-cover about three times, but I recently loaned my copy to my dad.
