How many times have I put off calling someone because I didn't know what exactly to say. This is a great reference book to find "something" to say when you don't! A great tool to have when sending cards, making phone calls or visiting. It even gives you suggestions on what NOT to say. This book is having something to say besides just "I'm sorry". A worth it book to have.

Every person who knows a woman should have this book!

How often we are confronted with unexpected situations, and want to know the right things to say or do (or what NOT to say or do!) to be a comforting friend. This book will help you know how to respond when a woman is facing some of the darkest times in her life. What a wonderful tool to help guide you and her through these situations.

Great for small group leaders, women who mentor others, social services, and for anyone in a position to help women in crisis or ongoing struggles. I plan to get one for each woman on my leadership team. This is the best book I have seen for meeting the needs of women, which is always difficult but can be made a bit easier with this resource.
