beautiful book

Just the kind of cookbook I like- glossy pages,beautiful photos with all easy to follow recipes.It was originally published as three books: Bistro(1995), Taverna (1996), Trattoria(1995) as stated in the book but not mentioned in any of the reviews.

Delicious, authentic recipes

This book contains many recipes I have made for years. I was surprised to see them in one collection! I look forward to trying the others I do not already make and expect they will be delicious. Instructions are clear and simple. Photos are lovely.
