The only Italian cookbook you'll ever need

I am an avid cookbook reader/collector and I own a range of Italian cookbooks from family recipes to famous Italian restaurant cookbooks. I must admit, this is my favorite above all others in my library. This cookbook as the classic Italian dishes: lasagna, osso bucco, risottos and an array of appetizers and deserts typically offered by Italian restaurants. The book is well written, no obscure ingredients and recipes are easy to follow. I plan to buy 2 more for each of my sons to use as our new "family" cookbook. I love my generations of Italian family recipes but they take the better part of the day to prepare/cook. This book delivers those great flavors and makes cooking with classic Italian ingredients a breeze!
