Lots of good information in a kid-friendly format

We got this for my son (5) who is very interested in both cooking AND healthy eating. There is a lot of sound nutritional information here, and we didn't find it to be "dumbed down" by the addition of the Disney characters. Being that my son is a HUGE Disney fan, this was a perfect combo for him. As an advanced reader, this is a book that he will pick up and read on his own, but we have also read it together and discussed various points and issues we found in the book.
