A fun-to-read book with a serious and valuable purpose.

This book can easily be read in one sitting. It flows as a story comparible with the discovery of the "New World". There are four main characters in this fictional business competing in the 21st century. They are the Captain (strong leader and visionary), Mapmaker (budgeter and planner), Financier (procuror of capital), and First Mate (front-line manager). It is easy to tranpose the situations in the book to your own business world. You may even recognize a few of your co-workers.
