Great way for toddlers to know and apply God's Word

I bought this book about 10 years ago for my son, then 2 or 3 years old. Every night we would read just one page (well, that was my tired intention--in truth, my son always asked for more, more, and, well, more!) Each one-minute page is a Bible story that asks questions that relate the story back to the child's life...how it applies. This book drew my son into the Bible in a very meaningful way. The end of the book is eschatologically scriptural, and it covers salvation. My son asked Jesus into his heart after reading through this Bible. With this Bible's help, he didn't just know Bible stories--he had a relationship with God! I bought another one for my daughter, 2 years behind him in age. She also read and reread the book, and treasures her very first Bible. When my kids turned about 5-6 we moved to the Picture Book Bible, which was fantastic. Both have a hunger for God's Word a decade later, and I praise God. But this was a great, easy, toddler-focused devotion. I am now ordering them for friends and young moms....
