This book become a good friend.

I love this book. My second favorite book of all books is Hallesby's PRAYER which is a life-changing read. This book is a day-changer. His style is simple truth, like the loving wisdom of a grandparent, easy on the mind-at first. Then comes the turning over and over his fresh vision of truth. Maybe he learned it in a concentration camp where he was sent for playing a leading role in the church's opposition to the Nazis. His book makes me glad!
