Dr Laney is able to take a very complex subject and put it into layman terms so that the person is able to relate in a real and practical way. This is my first book from the Swindoll Leadership Library and will not be my last. I have read and am currently reading several other books by Dr Laney and he has a unique way of making the complex understandable. This is a very enjoyable read and I would recommend it to all.
