Gluten-Free Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day

This a great book on making a true Artisan type bread! The title is a little misleading in that it takes more than five minutes to actually go from fridge to pan to table. However, the wait is worth the effort! The bread actually does "crackle" when it comes out of the oven! I cooked mine in a clay baker with a lid, and a water tray underneath the whole time as it seemed to work better for my oven. Very tasty!

This book can be confusing

This book has some wonderful information if you are new to being gluten free. I have been cooking gluten free for 5+ years now though. Some of these recipes could use some more to them. It is very precise with each recipe in this book or the recipe will it turn out . This can be tricky if you are learning and wanting to give this a try
