This is a great book for women like me, who are still pretty young (i'm 38), but starting to see signs of drooping. It reminded me there is a hell of alot more I could do besides focus on expensive and invasive surgery. This book is a primer for multiple alternatives: facial excercise, breathing, facial massage, posture, cosmetic ingredients, clothes, makeup... but it also encourages a deeper approach: accepting yourself, honoring your history, self esteem, looking at the social pressure to be beautiful, doing what makes you happy. Of course it doesn't go into detail on these things or it would be 1000's of pages.
