My children's favorite!

My children adore Gideon's Dream (ages 2 and 5). They insist on reading it every night. My two-year daughter screams with delight on the "butterflies" page, and my five-year son is riveted by the engaging illustrations of Gideon and his friends. Destined to be a children's favorite that you and your kids will cherish forever. I highly recommend you add this to your nighttime reading list.

Gideon's Dream is a wonderfully inspiring book for children of all ages: for anyone who may be undergoing a transition, who will undergo a transformation at some time, or for those who should. Child again

Being that this is the year I will turn sixty, there are few experiences that allow me to be a child again; such is the case with this extraordinary little book. Although I bought this book with a child in mind I had no idea that child would turn out to be me. The beautiful illustrations are emotionally impactful and artfully done. However, it is the notion that we all have the seeds of a new beginning waiting for its season to come forth that made this book resonate with me. Gideon not only reminded me of this quality of the human condition; it inspired me as well.

Gideon' s Dream is a dream of a story!!

I just received this and while I purchased it for a child, after reading it, I realized it is book for young and old. It brought tears to my eyes. Eloquently written, beautifully illustrated. It is a remarkable little book. Sure to become a classic and will remain on my list of gifts to be given for many years to come!! Wonderful story. Reminiscent of the Shel Silverstein books of the 70's. Enjoy it!
