Usually within two hours several potential buyers will reply. Set up a closing to buy it and to sell it on the same day; closings are about 30 minutes apart. Great Read

This book gives the beginer investor a good starting point and gives the novice investor additional ideas. The books sums up investing, getting straight to the point. Great reference tool showing all the definitions and terms and techniques for investing in one place.

Real Estate Investing for Real

Larry's book is the best I have read on flipping properties, in a real no nonsense way that the layman could understand. I have been a Realtor for 8 years and still learned a lot from this book. Larry runs his business about 10 miles from where I live, so I know he is for real. He is one of the few 'gurus' that actually does what he sells!
