Larry's book is the best I have read on flipping properties, in a real no nonsense way that the layman could understand. I have been a Realtor for 8 years and still learned a lot from this book. Larry runs his business about 10 miles from where I live, so I know he is for real. He is one of the few 'gurus' that actually does what he sells!
