I just purchased this book a week ago and read it cover to cover in just a few days. The best part about this book is that the author relates to mothers throughout the entire book, and understands that not all moms can stay at home or afford to go to the gym everyday. I feel like it was written just for me! I work full-time outside the home and have a 20-month old son, but I think I can easily follow the meal plans and exercises in this book, it just takes a little planning. All of the meal plans include recipes, which take minimal preparation and cooking...and they seem like meals I would actually enjoy eating! I think my husband will actually approve of most of these recipes, as well. I felt very motivated after finishing this book and it made me realize that I am just like every other mom out there who is struggling to lose that baby weight.

The best thing about this book is that it's written by a lady who is a mum - and who had a tough time shedding those last few pounds. I find this very re-assuring as the author speaks from real-life experience. The meal plans are easy and simple and the exercises recommended don't require you to leave your baby anywhere - you can do the exercises with your baby. Basically an all-round great book!
