I found this book to be very in lightning. I have been having lots of issues with my health and this book confirmed what I thought was wrong. I would recommend this book to anyone who is not on their top game

When I first read about the Hay diet, I though that it would be difficult to follow it, and that it wasn't practical. But after only about two weeks of combining food in this way, I found that it wasn't that difficult at all, and I felt much better than I had when I was eating meat with potatoes. I believe this book is THE book for healthy living. If you're skeptical, this book will change your mind. It is the best book on food combining out there. It will work for people trying to loose weight, or someone who is just tired of feeling sick. I also recommend looking into the books by Paul Bragg. They also contain great information, but some of it is repeated sometimes.

I was given a copy of Get Well with the Hay Diet by a friend who knew that I was already a convert. For over fifteen years I had suffered terribly from dreadful gastric problems and when a colleague suggested that I tried the Hay Diet it was like a miracle cure.
