Missing pages

I ordered a *Good* copy of this book which states all pages intact. Instead I received a book missing the first 5 chapters(54 pages!). This is unacceptable and I’m very disappointed, I will be looking into how to return or be refunded.

Pages ripped out

The first 25 pages were ripped out of the book. I don't mind writing in a book, but the first 25 pages were ripped out and I'm missing out on content. The status was acceptable but not worth $15.
