I apologize to those of you who have had trouble in getting the instructor's manual; the publisher ran out of hard copies a while ago and did not print any more. Better yet, you may want to wait for the second edition I am now preparing, tentatively titled "Managing a Diverse Workforce: Learning Activities." It is due out in the late summer of 2004.
