Best Grilled "CHILLI" Recipe

We purchased this book years ago. We are always looking for something new to grill. Since we use our grill even when it is snowing. The Chili recipe is the best. All ingredients are grilled, from the garlic to the fresh tomatoes and onion to the several types of meat. Then you simmer the whole thing in a cast iron pot, on the grill. This is just one of many recipes that we have truly enjoyed. If you like to grill you will love this book.
