As the book has the word "Fundamentals" one may expect that the book is not in-depth; while this is true, it is also true that it covers a broad range of practices and beliefs according to Jewish Mysticism--though the Author kindly reminds us that the Kabbalah is not only for the Jewish folk. Holidays, the Hebrew alphabet and some of it's numerology, and YHVH- the tetragrammaton (the "unpronouncable" name of God in the Torah) and its connection to many belief systems in Kabbalah. Another valuable thing the author does is open eyes to the Zohar and the fact that Kabbalah is a very large system. This book proves as a good starting point for those interested.
