Excellent book for everyone!

This book introduces a good system for companies to be very successful. As the book points out "making money" is what many business managers have on mind, but actually establishing a correct and clear vision is a very important factor. This concept makes me think many government officials don't have a proper vision, so the government failed to run the country properly. I think lots concepts in this book are very important for business, such as: Always help your team reach its full potential. "Be generous and hearty in your approbation and praise."
