Down home cookin for crowds

I heard about this Habitat for Humanity cookbook in the early 90s when a friend made a recipe from it. I use it more than almost any other cookbook because of the tried and true recipes I've used from it. No pictures but fat grams, sodium, etc. for each recipe (you may want to ignore those). Anyway, this is full of casseroles and meals for family OR for huge crowds like groups who work on the HFH houses. More of an old fashioned cookbook, but lots to love. It is spiral bound which is also one of my favorite things in a cookbook. Two thumbs up!
