I ordered this book along with: Cook Books from Amish Kitchens: Casseroles, Cook Books from Amish Kitchens: Salads, from the same author(s) What is in the Casseroles & Salad book is IDENTICAL to what is in this larger book. I'm sure their other books (cookies, cakes etc) are identical as well. Had I known I would not have bought.

We have found so many tasty and easy recipes in this collection. From the Meatloaf, to the Potato Soup, to the Whoppie Pies... We could go on and on. All the ingredients you will generally have on hand. Simply the BEST.

I have had this book for about 3 years now. I have tried at least 50% of the recipes, and never had a bad outcome! I rate this book in my top 10 collection of cookbooks! I use it at least once a week! Getting kind of dog eared now. Great recipes and great value.
