My nephew loved this book as did I. We read it together over 5 times in the first 30 mins and soon Cooper was making up new and funny versions of his own. Lots of repition and rhythm, both very important for eary readers.

Very interesting book. Nice illustrations plus fun with moving eyes. Repetitive text, which can be sung. My son has always loved it, although English is not our first language.

This was not my favorite book to read my [...], but he loved it and kept bringing it back to me saying "sink please" so I kept reading it. Eventually I started to get silly with it by changing the voices around and keeping a rythme, now I enjoy reading it too. My four year even likes to get in on the action. I recommend this book along with a fun attitude and sense of humor.

My son loves this book as well as Friends of a Feather by Cohn/Sullivan. The repeated phrases make him laugh but can sometimes be a little tounge tying espically if you are tired. The google eyes are also fun for him to watch as they move around. If you want to reclaim your child from grandparents just ask them to read this book to them and you will have your child back within 2 pages.
