Well written FILOP process

This was assigned reading for a business ethics class. The book was well written, descriptive with lots of real-life examples. The author not only provided bad examples of companies (Enron, Worldcom) but good ones as well (Mary Kay, Rouse). My only criticism is some of the examples ended without any conclusion or point. A Great Book For People Who Want to Promote Positive Change

As a manager in the corporate world, I found this book extremely helpful in planning ethics training for my organization. This book is outstanding for managers, professors and employees who want to promote positive change. I found the "Moral Mentors" material to be especially useful.
