True Freedom

The irony about we humans is that, despite our cries of autonomy and freedom, we are all slaves to someone or something. This book helps flesh that out a bit. It is especially good for dealing with our modern inclination toward anxiety. No, it's not a book about anxiety disorders; it's a book about finding freedom as a disciple of Jesus, which in turn affects (for the better) our predisposition toward anxiety. Good, simple, clear, and easy to read as a group, with your spouse (recommended), or even by yourself.
