I really love this book. It gives you lots of helpful tips to help you lose weight. It stresses to make small healthy changes one at a time...no fad diets here. Making small changes..such as allow myself a sweet everyday (but only 120 calories worth/or 1/2 candy bar instead of whole one)...increase fruits and veggies by starting where you are and adding one a week...until you reach at least 5 per day....I will not go on another diet ever....this is the way to go.It is realistic and something you can do the rest of your life.
