Foods For Health And Healing

Very good information on eating a combination of mung beans and rice with veggies and fruit for a healthy body. I could not locate mung beans, so have been using black beans. I've been eating this way for a couple of weeks and find my arthritic pain greatly reduced. Expect to see my blood pressure and cholesterol levels come down. This is an eating plan for people who are wanting to avoid meat and meat products.

Simple food combinations for health

I love this book. Basically, FOOD IS MEDICINE, not entertainment. The different foods for men, women and children are covered. The recipes are simple to make (I barely know how to cook) There are food example grapes that can totally transform the bloodstream and detoxify the body to overcome chronic diseases and give you a clear complexion. I am a mono eater of food and thir are diets in here that will support this approach. A first ever for me to find and to find out that there are other people like me, in this regard. There are rejuvenating diet, mucusless diet, foods for high blood pressure. Yogi Bhajan recomends that wowmen over 28 years sould add almond oil to their diet, 2 tablespoons of almond oil a day, it lowers cholesterol, reduces body fat, cleanses the body of toxins, keeps the skin healthy and lustrous, provides necessary protein, and takes away hunger. There are special foods for men that correct sexual dysfunctions and preserving their sexual vigor etc. etc. etc.
