Amazing recipes found here.

Whole30 was too restrictive and my Rheumatologist said it is too much meat. Autoimmune Protocol Diet gets complicated. Dr. Mark Harmon is great but there are so many books that I got bogged down trying to read and organize them all. Michael Symon hits the target. Simple cooking but complex flavors. Healthy. And I think I can actually complete the ten day reset, with the helpful shopping list, plus a few of the healthy snacks and drinks. Heck maybe I can do it twice, for a twenty day reset. This book gives me hope!
