Solid Book from a Well Known Author

For those of you who don't know Robert Irwin, he has been a columnist and author of real estate books for many years. His material is both entertaining and delivers solid information.

Save yourself $$$ and time

Irwin is THE expert in this area, and this book is incredibly helpful if you are selling your home. By page 7 he had saved me at least $2,000 with his concept of "visual value." Use this book as a guide as you decide what to fix up, what to leave as is, and where to focus your precious time, money and energy. I would also recommend the author's book on how to negotiate real estate transactions (sorry, I forget the exact title).
