Wonderful book with 56 Running routes in Alameda,Contra Costa , Marin, San Francisco Santa Clara & San Mateo Counties. Most of these routes are suitable for walks, birding, hiking & bicycling. So Bikers, birders, families etc. would find this book a great source for routes that include East Bay Regional Park trails, reservoirs - waterland, state parks, etc. Great descriptions include miles, terrain, scenery-views, directions to trail, direction for the run, as well as water, restroom facilities, parking fee and of course maps of the routes.
