An absolute necessity for the customer service industry

This book gives the reader a perspective on how an individual's attitude can be his biggest personal asset. Positive attitude development opportunities abound throughout the book, with many thought-provoking exercises and quotes which address the author's unique perspective.I saw Keith Harrell address a group of trainers and he is a captivating speaker. I recommend this book very highly.
