Share Your Food with Your Baby

The best thing about this book is the idea to have your baby eat the same food you do by mashing it up and freezing baby servings. Your baby will eventually eat the same food you eat so why not start from the beginning. Also the crumbless teething biscuits was God sent for my #1 Son (he is now 25)... he sat in the high chair and just worked on the biscuit instead of crying when his teeth were coming in... and the best part...

this should be titled Baby Food Bible. simple easy to follow recipes for creating food and snacks for babies to toddlers. My kids and their kids were raised on it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Reaping the benefits

I own the original, type-written book from the 70's. It sat on the shelf in the kitchen as I was growing up, mom used it constantly. My favorite Book for children

I raised my 2 boys in the '70's on this book. We were able to travel extensively and move and live overseas with no problems feeding them. I still have my copy and really recommend it to other parents. The recipes were easy to prepare. My boys would NOT eat comercial babyfood after eating real food.

The best resource I've found for feeding my child

What an excellent tool for parents. My husband and I have eaten primarily home cooked meals for 15 years, and now I can continue that tradition with our son.
