Wonderful incredible little book with lots of great recipes

I love fruitcake and have friends that love fruitcake. Once a year during Christmas time when the supplies are all available I make fruitcake for those who enjoy the traditional taste of great fruitcake. I had given my prior books to others and needed to find a new book. This book was incredible. The history of some recipes as well as the ideas as to how to do the recipe better, the recipes themselves in a range of variety and style , all make the book and the options it gives a wonderful book to have in any cook's library. I make my fruitcakes and any breads, muffins, etc. with a non-gluten flour base and this booklet made it easy for me to modify the flour requirements. The book doesn't discuss optional flours; it is just something that I have learned to do and others that I cook for enjoy those optional flours like rice and buckwheat flour. The recipes are excellent. The stories and background information make it an education into a world I knew very little about. I found it very hard to locate a fruitcake book so this book was truly a great gem to find.
