For Cat People

The "Familiar" series is a must read for cat lovers. Caroline Burnes is a gifted writer who makes the whimsical adventures of Familiar almost believable. I have read the entire series three times ... so far.

Familiar to the rescue, again

I liked this story because it really highlights the damage done by unintended actions. Familiar has to come to the rescue of a bride in the witness protection program when bridal magazine photographer crashes and shoots photos at her wedding and then an enlarged version of the photo is seen in national newspapers tipping off the bad guys to a link to the protected bride. Add an FBI agent who now has to protect not only the bride but the headstrong photographer and Familiar has his paws full trying to keep them all alive while solving this mystery. Definitely one of the better "Familiar" stories.
