I started to write this book about Daniel and his friends while in Israel in May 2017, but it really started when I read the book of Daniel a couple of months previously.

I try to read a chapter of my Bible every day, going through the Bible chapter by chapter until I reach the end of the Bible. Then I start all over again from the beginning.

Sometimes a verse will stick in my mind as something worth taking note of for that day, but this book stuck out in my mind for weeks.

I could not get away from it, so I had to eventually do something about the thoughts which were in my head and going round my mind at that time.
