Everyday Watercolor is an attempt to encourage beginners to take up watercolor painting.

This is a wonderful attempt of a young woman to encourage others to pick up a paintbrush and try their hand at watercolor painting. During the stay at home for Covid 19, I saw a tutorial listed on painting loose watercolor flowers. She did a wonderful job of explaining. I didn't do my usual watch without interacting. I went, got my watercolor supplies, and followed her step by step. In less that an hour I had painted 10 wildflowers! I had a great time and started looking for her book. It starts you out with playing with your brushes and color. Each day there is a short lesson that can be completed in less than an hour, that teaches you another skill. She shows and tells how to hold the paintbrush. She tells the colors she is using, and doesn't use a dozen paint brushes. Her book is a practical book that will give you the confidence to move forward and learn!!! Even a child could do these lessons.

Beautiful book to teach watercolor.

The book is very informative to take you step by step to teach you the fundamentals of watercolor. It is written clearly and I am excited to learn and experiment by following the lessons. It is a beautiful book also and I am glad I purchased it.
